
KEAM Counselling 2025: The Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) for Engineering and Pharmacy Courses for 2025-26 has started. In this phase, candidates can choose their preferred Engineering and Pharmacy courses at various types of colleges including Government, Aided, Autonomous Aided, Government Cost-Sharing, Private Self-Financing, and Autonomous Self-Financing colleges.
The Eligible candidates can register their options on the website, www.cee.kerala.gov.in, until August 5, 2025(tentative), at 11:00 AM. If candidates do not register within the allotted time, they will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances.
Allotment Schedule and Registration Fee
Here is the tentative schedule for the first phase of Allotment:

KEAM 2025 Counselling Process
The eligible candidates will be allotted seats through a Centralised Allotment Process (CAP). This CAP process will be done through the Single Window System (SWS). The authorities will allot seats to candidates in various Courses and Colleges under Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharm, Medical & Medical Allied, and Ayurveda.
The candidates can understand the KEAM 2025 Counselling process through the following steps:
Step 1: Registration for KEAM Counselling 2025
- The candidates need to find the ‘KEAM 2025 Candidate Portal’ on the official website after the release of Counselling Dates.Â
- The candidates should log in to the portal using their KEAM 2025 Application Number and Password.
- During the registration process, the candidates shall enter their KEAM 2025 Hall Ticket Number and other required information.
Step 2: Selection of College Options and Courses
- After registering for the KEAM 2025 Counselling, the candidates need to log in to the portal.Â
- A list of Participating Colleges and Courses will be displayed based on the candidate’s eligibility.
- The candidates have to choose from the available list of Colleges and Courses.
- The candidates are advised to make their choices in their preference order as the seat allotment process takes place accordingly.
Step 3: Review the Choices and Print Out
The candidates will be able to review the submitted choices after filling out the choices. They must review the submitted College and Course options and take a printout of the same for future reference.
KEAM Seat Allotment 2025
Before the first phase of allotment ends, the CEE will conduct a Trial Allotment. This is like a practice round to see what courses and colleges the candidate might get based on their choices and rank. But, the candidate must remember that it’s just a trial round. It does not mean that they will get into the college or course.
After the candidates complete the choice selection process, their choices will be sorted and the allotment results will be posted on the official website, on the dates announced by the CEE. The candidate must take a printout of the allotment order that contains their respective College and fee.
Reporting at the respective College
Candidates who get the allotment orders will have to report to their respective colleges.
The candidates must carry the following documents while reporting to their respective Colleges:
1. The candidate’s Date of Birth Certificate (Or any certificate to prove the date of birth).
2. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended by the candidate and Conduct Certificate.
3. Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued).
4. Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE.
5. Migration Certificate, if Applicable.
6. Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format mentioned in Annexure XVII (a) or XVII (b) of the Prospectus 2025.
7. Receipt of fee remitted.
8. Datasheet of KEAM 2025.
9. Admit card of NEET-UG 2025 (if applicable).
10. Allotment Memo issued by the CEE.
11. Any other documents required in the allotment process, or Memo.
12. Originals of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the KEAM 2025 online application.
