TS EAMCET Counselling is a process conducted by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education(TSCHE) for admission to various undergraduate engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy courses in colleges across Telangana. TS EAMCET 2025 Counselling procedure

The TS EAMCET 2025 Counselling procedure involves the following steps:

Step 1: Registration

Candidates need to register for counselling online by using their Hall ticket no, registration no, and date of birth on the official website 

Step 2: Verify Details

You will be redirected to a page, where you need to check all the details like personal, academic, and other details. Also, Don’t panic “If Fee reimbursement Eligibility” is marked as No, Once all the certificates are verified, it will be updated to “Yes”.

Step 3: Provide a Declaration

After verifying all the details, You need to acknowledge the declaration form by ticking the checkbox and then clicking on ‘submit’.

Step 4: Payment of Processing Fee

Candidates belonging to the BC and OC categories are required to pay Rs.1200, while candidates from the SC/ST category need to pay Rs. 600. Once the payment is done candidates can proceed with slot booking for certificate verification.

Step 5: Slot Booking for Certificate Verification

Candidates need to book a slot for certificate verification, where they can visit the Help Line Centre by specifying the date and time.

Step 6: Verification of Documents

Candidates must carry original documents for verification to the selected helpline centre.

Step 7: Exercising Web Options

After verifying all the documents, candidates will be provided with a unique ID and password. Using these login credentials, Candidates can log in to the official website and access the web option. Candidates can choose their preferred colleges and courses through online. 

Step 8: Seat Allotment

Seats are allotted to candidates based on the merit list, preferences, and seat availability.

Step 9: Payment of Tuition Fee

Candidates who receive seat allotments are required to pay the tuition fee through online. If a candidate cancels the provisionally allotted seat after the first phase and after payment of the tuition fee, the refund policy depends on the type of college:

For university colleges: If cancellation is done on or before the TS EAMCET cut-off date which is specified in the first phase allotment order, the 100% paid fee will be refunded. 

For Private Colleges: If the cancellation is done after the final phase but before the cutoff date specified in the allotment order, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded. 

Step 10: Reporting at the College

Candidates need to visit the allotted college to verify documents with all the necessary documents which include original certificates, fee payment receipts, and allotment orders.
