TG EAPCET reservation criteria and seat allocation process will commence after the entrance exam and result declaration. The TS EAMCET for the Engineering program will be held from 2nd May to 5th May 2025.

TS EAMCET 2025 offers seats for various categories, which include physically disabled candidates, women, children of Army personnel, etc. Moreover, 85% seats are reserved for the Locals of Telangana and 15% seats are reserved for non-local candidates. However, after the results are out, the qualified candidates can apply for the counselling process. Based on the cutoff marks, the candidates will get their seats in the respective colleges. They can either accept the seat by paying fees or can opt for the next round.

Documents Required for TS EAMCET Certificate Verification

Given below is the list of documents that you need to bring during the TG EAPCET certificate verification process. Candidates need to bring two sets of photocopies along with the original documents.

  • TG EAPCET Rank Card
  • TS EAMCET Hall Ticket
  • Aadhaar Card
  • SSC or its equivalent Mark Sheet
  • Inter Certificates
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C)
  • Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate
  • Income Certificate, if applicable.
  • Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable.
  • Residence certificate of either of the parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.
  • If applicable, the physically challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate.

TG EAPCET Seat Allocation Process

All eligible candidates who have qualified for the TS EAMCET 2025 exam can register for the counseling and seat allocation process. You can check the steps below for the TG EAPCET seat allocation process.

Payment of the Counseling Fees:

Candidates must pay the counseling fees online as the first step in the registration process. They can pay the fees using a credit/debit card or internet banking of any nationalized bank. Unreserved candidates need to pay INR 1200, whereas reserved candidates need to pay INR 600 for the counseling registration fees.

TG EAPCET 2025 Counseling Registration:

Candidates must visit the official website after the TS EAMCET entrance exam to register for the 2025 counseling process. Complete the registration process by paying the fees and proceed with certificate verification.

Certificate Verification:

Next, you must verify your certificates with the authority. After successful verification, an acknowledgment letter will be issued. Candidates must complete the TG EAPCET web option entry following the certificate verification.

– TS EAMCET 2025 rank card

– TS EAMCET hall ticket 2025

– Aadhaar Card

– Mark Sheets of all classes (from class 6 onwards to the qualifying degree)

– Transfer Certificate (T.C)

– Intermediate or equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate

– Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2025 (if applicable)

– Caste Certificate (if applicable)

– Residence certificate of either parent in Telangana for 10 years for Non-Local candidates.

– Physically Challenged (PH)/Children of Armed Personnel (CAP)/NCC/Sports/Minority certificate (if applicable).

– Residence certificate if the candidate has no institutionalized education.

TG EAPCET 2025 Seat Allotment:

After successfully registering for the counseling process and paying the fees, you need to exercise the web option process. Candidates must log in to the portal using the registration number and password.

All the candidates are required to fill out their college preferences by following the given steps.

  • Open the official portal of TG EAPCET 2025 @ tseamcet.nic.in
  • Click on the “Candidate Login” link
  • Log in using your registration number, hall ticket,  password, and date of birth.
  • Enter the OTP which was sent to your mobile number and click on the “Click Here for Option Entry” button.
  • Select the district in which the college is located.
  • Click on the “Display Option Entry Form” button.
  • Enter your desired colleges in order of preference.

After completing the above-mentioned step, candidates need to save their options which will be locked for seat allotment. Next you will receive the seat allotment result online. Candidates can check the seat allotment result by logging into the portal. Carefully enter the application number, ROC form number, hall ticket number, and date of birth to check your seat allotment status.

Candidates can either accept the seat or choose to participate in the next round of the seat allotment process. If a candidate accepts the seat, they must download the provisional seat allotment letter from the official website.

Reporting to the Allotted Institute:

The final step requires candidates to report to the institute within the specified date. Candidates must carry the required documents when reporting to the institutes. Admission will be canceled if the student fails to report to the Institute within the stipulated date and time.
