The MHT CET counselling process consists of three phases, with a seat allotment for each phase. The MHT CET exam for PCM is scheduled from April 19th to 27th, 2025. For PCB, the exam is ongoing and will end on April 27th, 2025.

MHT CET 2025 Counselling Process
The MHT CET counseling process is conducted online. Candidates can follow the step-by-step procedure for MHT CET Counseling 2025:
Step 1: Registration
To participate in the counselling process, candidates need to complete the MHT CET 2025 CAP registration. They are required to enter personal, communication, and security details. After filling in all the details, a password is generated. Using that password, candidates can complete all remaining details. After registration, candidates need to enter their 10th and 12th standard details.
Step 2: Uploading Documents
Candidates must upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature. The photograph file size should be between 4 Kb to 100 Kb with dimensions of 3.5cm x 4.5 cm, while the signature file size should be between 1 Kb to 30 Kb with dimensions of 3.5cm x 1.5 cm.
Step 3: Payment of Application Fee
Candidates need to pay the registration fee to participate in the counseling process. The fee varies based on the category:

Step 4: MHT CET Choice Filling
Candidates can choose the name of the college and courses during the choice-filling process. The choice filling is open for every phase.
Step 5: Confirmed Seat List
Finally, the MHT CET authorities publish the provisional and final merit list. The merit list 2025 consists of seat allotment based on the choices filled by candidates.
Step 6: Seat Allotment and Reporting at College
Candidates are advised to carry all original documents and visit the allotted college to report and confirm the seat.
CAP Registration Process for MHT CET 2025
To participate in CAP (Centralised Admission Process) round 1, it is mandatory to fill out the online application form. Follow the steps below to complete the CAP form:
- Visit the website cetcell.mahacet.org and select the B.Engineering, B.Pharmacy, Agriculture option under the Undergraduate Courses column on the left side of the page.
- Click on the New Registration option.
- If you appeared for MHT CET 2025, click on the “Yes” button.
- Enter your MHT CET 2025 Application Number, MHT CET Roll Number, and Date of Birth. Then, Click on the “Check CET Results”.
- Verify your MHT CET scores displayed below. Ensure the information is accurate. If you did not appear for MHT CET, choose from the other available options. Select “Yes” if you appeared for the respective exam and fill in the required details.
- Complete the registration form by entering your details, and communication details in the next step.
- Select a password according to the given instructions, save it, and proceed to create an account.
- Upon proceeding, you will receive an OTP on the mobile number provided. Enter the OTP once received and click on “Verify OTP”. If you don’t receive an OTP, opt for the “Retry on Call” option to receive an OTP through a call.
- After OTP verification, you will be assigned an Application ID. Keep this ID safe throughout the process.
- Log in with your Application ID and Password to fill in your qualification details.
- Choose the Scrutiny Mode (E-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny) as per your preference.
- Follow the steps for E-Scrutiny Mode to complete your application form.
- Select the Candidate type based on the instructions and proceed.
- Fill in your personal, qualifications details and upload the required documents.
- Upload your passport-size photo and signature in jpg/jpeg/png format and click on the upload option.
- Upload all required documents and click on the save and proceed button.
- Pay the application fees through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking, UPI, or QR Code.
- Click on “Submit Application Form for E-Verification” after verifying the filled data.
- Enter your login password and verify it with the OTP sent to your mobile to finalize the submission.
- After submission, take a printout of the application form and sign it.
