• To apply online, the candidates must have a digital (or scanned image of their photograph.

• The photograph must be in a passport-size format. The front view of the full face and shoulder portion of the candidate is to be seen clearly in the photograph.
• The face of the candidate should be straight and at the center.

• The scanned image file should be in jpg format.
• The dimensions of the photograph should be 150 pixels in width and 200 pixels in height.
• The image file should be between 15kb and 100kb full size.

2. If the Applicant’s uploaded signature is not clear or genuine, the application will be rejected.

3. If authentic proof of Nativity, Date of Birth, and Class 10th certificate are not uploaded in the application portal, the application will be rejected.
