The Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture Pharmacy Common Entrance Examination is a state-level examination conducted by APSCHE. AP-EAPCET Dress Code

  • Shirts with heavy graphics and designs might attract unnecessary attention, so try to wear plain shirts or T-shirts while appearing for the exam.
  • Avoid cargo pants and pants with multiple pockets as they might cause inconvenience during security checks.
  • Avoid carrying metallic items or items containing metal as they might cause disturbances while frisking.
  • Shoes with thick soles might be subjected to more regular checks, so wear slippers or sandals to avoid those disturbances.

Documents required for AP-EAPCET on Exam day

Candidates are asked to appear for the exam with several sets of documents, Here are the important documents that candidates have to carry with them while appearing for the exam:

  • AP-EAPCET hall ticket.
  • Blue or Black Ball ballpoint pen.
  • AP-EAPCET Application form.
  • Caste certificate (If applicable).

AP-EAPCET Reporting Time

Candidates should ensure they arrive at the examination centre at least 90 minutes before the scheduled time. Entry to the examination hall will not be allowed after the exam has commenced.

Exam-day Guidelines for AP-EAPCET

Officials release the examday guidelines which are often instructed for candidates. Candidates have to adhere to these guidelines for the trouble-free examination process. Here are some of the exam day guidelines that candidates can follow:

  • Candidates should arrive at the examination centre at least two hours prior to the exam. Latecomers will not be permitted entry into the examination hall.
  • Ensure you arrive at the examination center with your admit card and verify all the details on it before proceeding to the exam.
  • Candidates have to carry the AP-EAPCET examination hall ticket. Candidates are not allowed to appear for the exam if they fail to provide the hall ticket
  • Candidates have to occupy the seats specified for them, and any foul actions, such as trying to change the seats, will lead to termination of the exam and disqualification of the candidate.
  • Candidates have to check if the question paper is in English and telugu language.
  • Eating, smoking, and any kind of refreshments are prohibited inside the examination hall.
  • Make sure to seek the help of the invigilators in case of any technical issues or emergency assistance in the examination hall.
  • No candidates are allowed to leave the examination centre without the Superintendent’s or the Invigilator’s permission.
  • Candidates must follow the instructions given by the invigilator.

Exam Instructions for AP-EAPCET

Candidates must adhere to the examination instructions as it might help them avoid any disturbances while recording the responses and technical issues:

  • The exam will be commenced strictly at the time mentioned in the hall ticket.
  • Candidates have to answer 160 questions divided across three sections i.e. Mathematics-80 questions, Physics & Chemistry 40 questions each in 3 hours. 
  • Only one correct option is present out of the four choices provided for each question.
  • Candidates are provided white papers for rough work and are asked to submit them while leaving the examination hall. Candidates have to write their hall ticket number on the rough paper.
  • Any unfair means like malpractice are not encouraged and candidates are punishable as per rules and regulations set by the convener. 
  • Candidates will be provided with an attendance sheet, which they must sign and provide their left thumb impression in the designated area.

AP-EAPCET Admit Card

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada has announced that AP-EAPCET admit cards will be available from May 2025. To download the admit card, candidates must provide their registration number, date of birth, and hall ticket number for the qualifying exam on the official website. The admit card is a crucial document and must be carried out throughout the examination, AP-EAPCET counselling, and admission processes.

AP-EAPCET Exam Centres 2025

The Jawaharlal Technology University Kakinada will announce the examination centre list for AP-EAPCET 2025.
