
KEAM Marks VS Rank: The KEAM Marks Vs Rank 2025 will be released soon on the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) website, http://www.cee.kerala.gov.in/. The candidates who qualify for the KEAM 2025 exam will receive ranks based on their secured marks. The candidate with a higher KEAM rank will get admission to their aspired college.
The Kerala Engineering, Architecture, and Medical (KEAM) is an entrance exam conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) once a year. This entrance test acts as a gateway for students seeking admission in Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical courses across the state.
The Engineering examination will be held from 22.04.2025 to 27.04.2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Rank List for Engineering Courses
The Rank List for Engineering Courses is based on an equal weightage of 50:50 will be given to normalize the score obtained in the Entrance Exam for Engineering and the marks obtained by the candidate in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry subjects. If the candidate hasn’t studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. If the candidate hasn’t studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology will be considered. If the candidate hasn’t studied Chemistry, Computer Science, and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered.
Rank List for Admission to B.Arch Courses
To get into B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) course, a candidate needs to do well in two things: the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and their Qualifying Examinations (High School). The candidate’s score in NATA (Out of 200) and their Marks/Grades (Out of 200) are added together to give a total score out of 400. This score decides the Candidate’s Rank on the Admission List.
Any Candidate who wants to join the B.Arch Course, whether it’s in a Public or a Private College, must take the NATA and obtain a minimum score set by the Council of Architecture.
Rank List for Medical & Medical Allied Courses
For courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BSMS, and BUMS (except BAMS), the admission process depends on the NEET-UG exam results from 2025. Only Indian citizens, including Overseas Citizen of India Cardholders, can apply. However, PIO/OCI candidates won’t get reservation benefits. To qualify for consideration, candidates must meet minimum marks requirements. For general category students, it’s 50% in NEET (UG) 2025. For SC/ST/SEBC, it’s 40%. For Persons with Disability, it’s 45% for the general category and 40% for the SC/ST/SEBC category.
Rank List for Admission to B.Pharm Course
The rank list for Admission to the B.Pharm Course will be prepared by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations based on index marks calculated as follows:
- The raw score in Chemistry from the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination is multiplied by 2.25.
- This result is then added to the raw score in Physics from the same entrance exam.
- The sum is then multiplied by 2/3.
- The resulting number is the index mark that is used for the rank calculation.
- The normalization procedure has been approved by a committee, and after normalization, the index mark for each candidate is capped at 300 to maintain consistency across all candidates. This ensures that no candidate is unfairly advantaged or disadvantaged due to the variation in exam sessions.
