The Maharashtra State Council Cell has released the MHT CET exam pattern. According to it, the exam will be conducted online as a Computer Based Test (CBT). The MHT CET exam paper consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). There is no negative marking in the MHT CET exam, but the question level is similar to JEE Main.
The MHT CET exam is conducted for two streams: PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics). To appear for the MHT CET exam, candidates must fill out the application form. The syllabus for the MHT CET exam will be conducted from class 11th with 20% weightage and from class 12th with 80% weightage.
The exam is conducted in 3 papers where paper-1 is for Mathematics, paper-2 is for Chemistry and Physics, and paper-3 is for Biology (Botany and Zoology). Each paper consists of 100 marks and the duration is 90 minutes.
MHT CET Marking scheme
Paper | Subject | Number of MCQS from | Marks per question | Total Marks | Duration in Minutes | |
