AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling: Final Phase of Web Counselling

AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling: The final phase detailed notification for AP EAPCET Web Counselling will be released by the examination authorities. The qualified and eligible candidates of AP EAMCET 2025 who want to apply for B.E/B.TECH courses are informed that the web counselling process, including the payment of the processing fee, registration, online certificate verification, and option entry, will take place tentatively from July 23 to 27, 2025.

Candidates who participated in the first phase of counselling need to choose their options again for the remaining seats and any new seats that become available during the allotment process. They can do this from any Help Line Centre or through online as per the given schedule. These candidates do not need to pay the processing fee again.

The candidates who did not participate in the first phase must get the certificates verified in this final phase according to the schedule.

Qualified and eligible candidates of AP EAPCET 2025 (M.P.C. Stream) are encouraged to participate in web counselling for available seats in University and Private Engineering Colleges and Private Universities under the Convenor quota in Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2025-26.

Documents Required for the Counselling Process

The candidates must be ready with the certificates below before proceeding with Online Web Counselling. The candidates need all the original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies.

1. AP EAPCET 2025 Rank card.
2. AP EAPCET 2025 Hall Ticket.
3. Memorandum of Marks (Intermediate or its equivalent). 
4. Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo). 
5. Transfer Certificate (T.C) 
6. Study Certificate from Class 6 to Intermediate
7. EWS certificate valid for the year 2025-26 from MeeSeva/Gram Sachivalayam for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under the EWS category 
8. Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
9. Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate/Residence proof of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates. 
10. Integrated Community Certificate, in case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority(Not OBC Certificate). 
11. Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2021 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parent’s name have to be reflected in the ration card) those who claim tuition fee reimbursement
12. Local status certificate (if applicable) i.e. a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2025 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Exercising Options in the Final Phase Counselling

Below are the exercising options provided by the examination authorities required for the Final Phase of Counselling:

1. Candidates Eligible to Exercise Options:

• Candidates who have secured a seat but did not join the allotted seat.
• Candidates who have not secured a seat so far but have had their certificates verified.
• Candidates who have not exercised options so far but have had their certificates verified.
• Candidates who have secured a seat, reported, and are aspiring for a better option.
• Candidates who have reported or not reported but cancelled their allotment.
• Candidates who have attended certificate verification as per the above schedule.

2. Important Points to Note:

• Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for this final phase of counselling. Candidates need to exercise options afresh.
• Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment do not need to exercise options again. If they do, and a new seat is allotted based on the new options, their previous seat will be given to the next meritorious candidate, and they will have no claim on it.
• It is advised to exercise options for interested colleges/courses assuming that vacancies might arise in all colleges during the process of sliding.

AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Process

The candidates who are qualified in the AP EAMCET 2025 exam should participate in the Counselling process. The whole process of the AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling is divided into five steps. The complete step-by-step process is mentioned below:

1. The AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Registration and Payment

• Go to the Official Website of AP EAMCET 2025 to find the registration link for the Counselling.
• Click on the link and provide your Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
• The Counselling registration page of the candidate will be displayed on the screen with all the basic information.
• Verify all the details and make necessary corrections by providing the supporting documents. 
• After filling out the registration form, continue with the Counselling fee. The candidates can pay the counselling fee through Net Baking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
• After the payment, take a printout of the registration form and preserve it for future purposes.

2. Certificate Verification

The AP EAMCET Counselling Board conducts the certificate verification through both online and offline modes. The candidates whose certificates are verified online will receive the login credentials to the candidate’s registered mobile number immediately after the counselling payment. These candidates can generate a password and process with the verification process. 

Some candidates will not receive the login credentials after the payment. They will be informed to contact the Help Line Centers through a pop-up message. They should carry both the original and copies of their documents to the respected Help Line Centers for verification. The candidates will receive a receipt of documents after verification. Preserve it for future reference.

3. Web Options Entry

After verification, the candidates need to fill in their choice of colleges and courses. The process for filling in the options is mentioned below:

• The candidates should log in to the portal using the credentials received to the provided mobile number.
• After logging in, the candidates can check the available colleges and courses. They can select as many colleges and courses in their priority order. 
• Modifications of the selected choices can be made any number of times till the last date.

4. AP EAMCET 2025 Seat Allotment

The candidate’s final seat allotment will be done based on the candidate’s category, gender, merit, area, etc. The final seat allotment will be released through the official website. The candidates can download the allotment order through the website. The candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seats will confirm their admission by reporting to the allotted college and the rest of the candidates can choose Round 2.

5. Reporting to the Allotted College

After the complete seat allotment process, the candidates should report to their respective Colleges with the required documents within a specified timeline. If they fail to report, their admission will be cancelled.
